[브레이크뉴스경기남부=김정은기자] 성남시가 노후 아파트 주거환경 개선을 위해 30억원을 지원할 방침이다.

이를 위해 시는 오는 10월 30일까지 ‘공동주택 공동시설 보조금 지원’ 신청을 받는다.

대상은 주택법에 따라 사업계획 승인을 받아 건설한 20가구 이상의 공동주택과 건축법에 따라 허가받은 150가구 이상의 공동주택이다.

성남지역 317곳 아파트 단지가 해당한다.

단지 내 도로·주차장 보수, 재해 우려가 있는 석축·옹벽 보수, 비영리 목적의 옥외 주민운동시설·경로당·공부방 보수, 하수도 유지보수나 준설, 낡은 급수관 교체, 옥상 자동개폐기 설치를 지원한다.

냉·난방기가 없는 경비실이나 미화 휴게실에 에어컨 또는 냉난방 겸용기 설치도 지원한다.

지원범위는 3000만원 이하, 개선비의 최대 80%다. 3000만원 초과분은 최대 50%를 지원하며, 나머지 비용은 각 단지 자체 부담이다.

지원받으려면 해당 보조금 신청에 관한 안건을 입주자대표회의가 발의·의결하는 절차를 밟아야 한다.

이후 관리사무소 측이 보조금 신청서(시 홈페이지→정보공개→부서별 공개자료실), 입주자대표회의 의결서 등을 성남시청 7층 공동주택과에 직접 내거나 우편으로 접수하면 된다.

시는 현장 조사, 공동주택 보조금 심의를 거쳐 2021년 4월 지원단지와 금액을 결정해 알려준다.

성남시는 올해 청솔마을 한라아파트 경비실 에어컨 설치, 선경상대원 2차 아파트 물탱크 보수공사 등 64곳 단지의 88건 노후 공동시설 개선에 26억원을 지원 중이다.
