우미건설, '평택 고덕 우미린 프레스티지' 12일(금) 견본주택 오픈

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 우미건설 컨소시엄이 12일(금)에 '평택 고덕 우미린 프레스티지'의 견본주택을 열고 본격적인 청약에 돌입한다.

청약은 오는 15일(월) 특별공급을 시작으로 16일(화) 1순위, 17일(수) 2순위 순으로 진행된다. 당첨자 발표는 23일(화), 정당계약은 7월 5일(일)부터 7일(화)까지 사흘간 이뤄진다.
