2025년 경기도장애인체육회 가맹단체 회장단 워크숍 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도장애인체육회는 12월 16일부터 17일까지 “2025년 경기도장애인체육회 가맹단체 회장단 워크숍”을 성공적으로 개최했다.

이번 워크숍에는 도내 39개 가맹단체 중 23개 단체의 회장단이 참석해 사업운영을 점검하고, 개선방향을 모색하는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.

이번 워크숍에서는 ▲종목육성팀 ▲선수육성지원팀 ▲대회운영팀 3개 부서가 참여해 2025년 사업운영 현황을 부서별로 발표하고, 2026년 정책 추진 방향을 공유하며 내년도 사업추진을 위한 심도 있는 논의를 진행했다.

이어 진행된 임원 리더십 교육에서는 가맹단체장의 역할에 대한 인식을 제고하고, 장애인 체육 발전을 견인할 수 있는 책임성과 주도성을 강화하는 시간을 가졌다.

이번 워크숍은 현장 중심의 정책 수립 기반을 강화하고, 가맹단체와의 소통 및 상호교류 증진을 도모하기 위해 추진됐다.
