화성특례시, 공동주택관리 회계 실무 교육 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시는 지난 5일 공동주택 관리의 투명성과 회계 전문성을 높이기 위한 ‘공동주택 관리 회계 실무 교육’을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 공동주택 관리 현장에서 빈번하게 발생하는 회계 오류와 회계 처리 기준 미숙지로 인한 민원을 예방하여 입주민의 신뢰를 높이기 위한 것으로, 관내 공동주택 입주자대표회의 구성원, 관리소장, 회계 담당자 등 200여 명이 참석했다.

교육은 공동주택 회계처리의 이해, 회계 관련 법령 및 규정, 회계 감사 지적 사례 등을 중심으로 진행됐으며, 실무에서 필요한 내용을 중심으로 구성돼 참여자들의 이해를 도왔다.

특히 최근 감사에서 반복적으로 지적되는 주요 사례를 실무적으로 해석하여, 현장에서 바로 개선할 수 있는 방향을 제시해 참가자들의 호응을 받았다.
