화성특례시, 개별공시지가 이의신청 접수

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시가 30일부터 오는 11월 28일까지 한 달간 2025년 7월 1일 기준 관내 5,746필지의 개별공시지가 이의신청을 받는다.

이번에 공시된 개별공시지가는 2025년 1월 1일부터 6월 30일 사이에 분할, 합병, 지목 변경 등 토지 이동된 필지로, 토지 소유자 및 그 밖의 이해 관계인이면 이의신청이 가능하다.

개별공시지가에 이의가 있는 경우에는 시청 부동산관리과, 동부출장소 민원토지과, 동탄출장소 민원여권과, 토지 소재지 읍면동 행정복지센터를 방문하거나 우편으로 이의신청서를 제출하면 된다. 온라인에서는 정부24 또는 부동산 공시가격 알리미에서 신청할 수 있다.

접수된 이의신청은 전문 감정평가법인 등의 검증과 화성시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 12월 22일 조정 공시된다.
