안산시, 공직자 소통-멘토링 교육 진행 및 조직 역량 강화

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안산 이현준기자] 안산시가 지난 10월 28일 공직 선·후배 간 소통을 통해 8~9급 직원들의 공직 적응을 돕고 업무 역량을 높이기 위해 ‘공직자 소통-멘토링 교육’을 진행했다고 29일 밝혔다.

올해 3월부터 9월까지 7개월간 진행된 이 멘토링 교육에는 행정, 사회복지, 간호, 시설, 환경 등 다양한 직렬의 공직자 36명(7개 팀)이 참여했다. 참여자들은 직무 연찬, 업무 매뉴얼 작성, 고충 상담 등 실무 중심의 멘토링 활동에 참여하며 선·후배 간의 협업과 교류를 강화했다.

시는 팀별 활동 결과에 대해 1차 정량평가와 2차 정성평가(PPT 발표 최종 심사)를 거쳐 최우수 1팀과 우수 1팀을 선정하고 인센티브와 포상을 수여할 예정이다. 또한, 팀별로 작성된 업무 매뉴얼과 우수사례는 전 직원에게 공유하여 실무에 활용할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.
