경기도, 공인중개사 민·관 합동 점검 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도가 전세사기 피해 예방과 안전한 부동산 임대차 시장 조성을 목표로 10월 27일부터 12월 19일까지 2025년 하반기 공인중개사 민관 합동 점검을 실시한다.

점검은 안전전세 프로젝트 동참 중개사무소 1,000곳을 대상으로 한 실천과제 이행 여부 확인과 불법 중개행위 의심 중개사무소 300곳을 대상으로 한 불법 점검으로 이원화해 추진한다.

경기도는 2024년 7월부터 공인중개사의 자발적 참여를 유도하는 안전전세 프로젝트를 시행하고 있으며 위험물건 중개 금지 경기도형 임차인 체크리스트 제공 등 10가지 실천 과제를 중심으로 전세사기 예방 활동을 전개한다. 올해 9월 기준으로 도 전체 중개사무소의 58%인 1만 7,808개가 프로젝트에 참여 중이다.

동참 사무소 점검에서는 이행 수준을 자세히 확인하고 미흡 사무소에는 재교육 재점검으로 개선을 유도하며 동참 의사가 없거나 반복 불이행하는 사무소는 운영협의회를 거쳐 인증을 해지한다.
