경기도, 글로벌 유력 투자자 대상 투자설명회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도와 경기도경제과학진흥원은 23일과 24일 양일에 걸쳐 성남시 판교 스타트업 캠퍼스 1층 컨퍼런스홀에서 ‘인베스트(INVEST) 경기’ 참여기업들의 투자설명회(IR Day)를 개최했다.

이번 IR 행사는 ‘인베스트(INVEST) 경기’ 사업의 하나로, 올해 4번째 개최됐다. ‘인베스트(INVEST) 경기’는 도내 투자유치 유망기업을 발굴해 국내외 투자자를 연계하고 IR 활동을 지원해 도내기업의 해외자본 유치와 글로벌 성장 지원에 기여하는 사업이다.

경기도는 올 4월 투자유치 유망기업으로 25개사를 선정, 전문 컨설팅 운영사를 통해 기업별 투자유치 역량을 진단했고 진단 결과에 따른 1:1 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공했다. 그 결과 IR 행사가 회를 거듭할수록 참여기업들의 IR피칭 능력과 프레젠테이션 기술이 강화됐다는 평가다.

Companies participating in the IR Day reported that direct communication with investors significantly assisted them in developing global expansion strategies and that they realized the need to further strengthen the global scalability and competitiveness of their businesses to attract investment.
