용인특례시, 공동주택 안전관련시설 지원 대폭 확대

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시는 공동주택 안전을 강화하고자 소방 등 안전 관련 시설 지원사업을 추가로 모집한다고 8일 밝혔다.

이번 모집은 ‘용인시 공동주택관리 조례’ 개정에 따라 추진된다. 공동주택의 안전과 공익을 위해 기존 보조금 지원 제한 규정에 대한 예외 근거가 마련되면서다.

조례 개정으로 국·도비 지원 보조사업으로서 안전·공익상 필요한 사업의 경우 준공 7년 경과 요건, 하자담보책임기간 내 지원 제한, 보조금 수령 후 5년 재지원 제한, 단지당 최대지원액 등 기존 제약 없이 지원할 수 있게 됐다.

이에 이번 소방 등 안전관련시설 지원 사업은 기존에 추진됐던 공동주택 공용시설 유지보수 지원사업에 적용되던 재지원, 단지당 최대지원액 제한과 무관하게 단지당 최대 2500만 원까지 지원받을 수 있게 됐다.

안전 관련 지원 항목으로는 전기차 충전시설 이전을 비롯해 전기차 화재 예방 관련 시설, 옥상비상문 자동개폐장치, 지하주차장 차수판 설치 등이다. 공동주택의 필로티 부분 화재 예방을 위한 스프링클러 설치와 불연마감재 교체 등도 포함된다.

시는 이번 안전 관련 시설 지원사업 추가 모집과 별도로 경비·청소 근로자 휴게시설 개선 사업과 ‘층간소음 없는 이웃사이 만들기 사업’도 추가 모집한다.

시는 8월 중 추가 모집 공고로 신청 단지를 접수, 서류 검토와 현장 실사 등을 거쳐 9월 중 보조금 지원 대상을 선정할 계획이다.
