이상일 용인특례시장, 특수학교장‧특수교사와 교육 환경 개선 방안 논의

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 이상일 용인특례시장은 25일 시청 비전홀에서 용인지역 특수학교장과 특수학급 교사 등 특수교육 관계자와 간담회를 열고, 특수학교 현안 해결과 특수교육 지원 방안 등을 논의했다.

간담회엔 이상일 시장을 비롯해 시와 용인교육지원청 관계자, 용인강남학교·용인다움학교 교장‧학부모, 지역 특수교사 등이 참석했다.

이날 간담회는 8일 처인구 초교, 9일 기흥구 초교, 10일 수지구 초교, 11일 기흥·수지 중학교, 15일 고교 교장 간담회에 이은 올해 여섯 번째 간담회다.

이상일 시장은 2023년부터 지난해까지 초‧중‧고교 교장, 특수학교장, 학부모 등과 총 26차례 간담회를 하면서 건의 사항 853건을 접수, 이 중 약 60%인 512건을 완료했거나 처리 중이다.
