여주시, 여주경찰서와 여름철 자연재난 대비 합동점검 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부= 이현준기자] 여주시와 여주경찰서는 여름철 자연재난 대비를 위한 기관 합동점검을 지난 16일 실시했다.

이번 점검은 집중호우와 같은 여름철 자연재난 발생에 대비해 하동 배수펌프장과소양천 하천 진입로 차단시설을 점검하고, 재난 대응 협업체계를 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

점검은 현장에서 직접이뤄졌으며, 배수펌프장 가동 상태, 전력 공급 여부와 하천변차단시설의 작동 여부 및 호우예비특보 발효에 따른 차단상태를중점적으로 살폈다.

집중호우 및 폭염 등으로 인한 재난 발생시 여주시만의 대응으로는 행정의 공백이 발생할수 있어 상호간 유기적인 협조와 역할 분담을 통해 재난대응에 강한 여주시를 만들기위해 두 기관이 협업과 역할 분담을 통해 재난 대응 역량을 높이고자 한다.
