화성특례시, 이륜자동차검사 본격 시행

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=화성 이현준기자] 화성특례시가 오는 28일부터 이륜자동차검사 제도를 본격 시행함에 따라 이륜자동차 소유주들에게 안전 검사를 받을 것을 당부했다.

이번 제도는 개정된 ‘자동차관리법 시행규칙’과 국토교통부·환경부 공동부령 ‘이륜자동차 검사의 시행 등에 관한 규칙’에 근거한 것으로, 지난 4월 28일부터 오는 7월 27일까지 3개월 간은 계도기간으로 운영됐다.

이번 개정으로 검사 방식이 기존 대기환경보전법에 따른 배출가스 검사 위주에서 환경 검사와 안전 검사를 통합해 검사하는 방식으로 변경되며, 정기검사를 강화하고 사용검사, 튜닝검사, 임시검사 항목이 새롭게 추가됐다.
