경기도, 여름철 식중독 예방 위해 식품접객업소 조리식품 집중 수거·검사

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준 기자] 최근 경기도내 한 음식점에서 집단식중독이 발생하는 등 여름철 식중독 발생 위험이 높아짐에 따라 경기도가 7일부터 10일까지 도내 식품접객업소를 대상으로 위해(危害) 우려 조리식품 검사를 한다.

이번 검사는 도와 시군이 합동으로 추진한다.

점검 대상은 육회비빔밥 등 날 소고기(날 것)가 포함된 조리식품과 햄버거 등 소고기를 패티로 사용한 조리식품으로, 총 46건 이상의 검체를 수거해 미생물 기준 적합 여부를 검사한다.
