한편, 2024년 12월 기준 평택시의 외국인 인구는 4만 5천943명(우즈베키스탄 외국인주민 2천346명)으로 평택시 총 인구 대비 7%를 차지하고 있으며, 경기도 31개 시군 중 여섯 번째에 해당한다.
