[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시 일자리총괄과 여성새로일하기지원본부는 경력보유 여성의 취ㆍ창업 전문성을 강화하고 경력개발 지원을 위해 ‘2025년 디딤돌 취업지원사업’에 참여할 여성 동아리를 공개 모집한다.

디딤돌 취업지원사업은 경제활동 진입을 준비하는 여성들을 위해, 지역 내에서 활동 중인 취업 및 창업 관련 동아리와 직업훈련과정을 수료한 후 동아리를 구성해 활동 중인 여성 학습동아리의 취업 및 창업을 지원하는 사업이다.

경기도와 시흥시가 협력해 경력보유 여성들의 전문성을 강화하고 실전 경험의 기회를 제공하는 고용지원 시스템으로 운영된다.

여성새일본부는 다양한 유형(강사활동형, 기술숙련형, 공동 창업형)으로 구성된 훈련형 사업공동체(학습동아리)를 선정해 전문 직업인으로 활동할 수 있는 최소한의 경력과 숙련 기회를 1년간 제공할 예정이다.

또한, 지역의 대표 브랜드 창출을 목표로 안정적인 수요처를 다량 확보하고 창업 육성 과정 등을 거쳐 협동조합, 사회적기업 등으로 성장(설립)할 수 있도록 지원할 예정이다.

박건호 시흥시 일자리총괄과장은 “이번 디딤돌 취ㆍ창업 동아리 지원을 통해 경력보유여성들에게 직업 준비를 위한 성장 발판을 마련하고, 사회적경제 창업으로 이어져 지역사회에 이바지할 수 있기를 바란다”라고 말했다.

디딤돌 취업지원사업에 참여할 동아리 신청은 2월 3일부터 2월 18일까지 진행된다. 참여 동아리 신청과 관련된 모집 및 선정 방법 등 제출 서류는 시흥시청 누리집을 통해 확인할 수 있다.
