이날 보고회는 방세환 시장을 비롯해 부시장, 국·소·본부장 등 간부 공무원 80여 명이 참석했으며 최근 고물가·고금리 등 경제 침체가 계속되는 상황에서 체감 경기 신속 개선과 민생경제 재건을 위한 특별대책 방안을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.
