지난 6일 부천도시공사, 연수구시설안전관리공단과 함께 청렴과 인권을 주제로 한 다양한 프로그램을 통해 기관 간 협력의 의미를 되새기고, 청렴 윤리 및 인권 존중 의식을 을 확산시키기 위한 목적에서 마련됐다.

행사의 시작은 인천 연수구에 위치한 누리공원 일대에서 진행된 청렴 플로깅으로 시작됐다. 청렴을 상징하는 플로깅 활동으로, 참가자들이 공원 일대를 걸으며 쓰레기를 줍고, 청렴과 환경 보호의 중요성을 몸소 실천하는 의미를 담고 있다.
