[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이귀선기자] 시흥시는 지역사회 및 산업체 요구에 적합한 여성인력 양성을 위해 ‘직업교육훈련과정’을 개설하고 훈련에 참여할 교육생을 2월부터 10월까지 상시 모집한다.

시흥시 여성새로일하기지원본부(정왕동)와 시흥여성인력개발센터(대야동)는 직업교육훈련과 더불어 취업 희망 여성을 대상으로 직업상담, 집단상담, 구인ㆍ구직관리, 인턴십, 취ㆍ창업지원, 취업 후 사후관리, 경력 단절 예방, 여성친화 일촌기업 협약 등 종합적인 원스톱 형식의 다양한 사업을 펼치고 있다.

2024년 직업교육훈련 과정은 평균 2~3개월 동안 200시간 내외로 진행된다. 교육 수료 후에도 자격증 취득, 동아리 활동 지원, 취업 연계 등을 통한 사후관리가 진행되며 이에 따른 직업교육훈련 과정의 일정에 맞춰 교육생을 공개 모집한다.

여성새로일하기지원본부(정왕동)에서는 ▲인공지능(AI) 활용 기술 및 온라인 마케팅전문가 ▲사무회계전문가 ▲현장맞춤 인지돌봄 실무자 ▲디지털 활용지도사 양성 ▲간호조무사 임상실무 전문가 ▲청년여성 ERP정보관리사무원(39세 이하)과정을 진행한다.

시흥여성인력개발센터(대야동)에서는 ▲단체급식조리실무자 ▲간호조무사 현장간호실무 ▲웹콘텐츠디자인 ▲세무사무원 ▲인공지능 교육지도전문가 ▲디지털마케팅전문가 ▲반려동물전문가 창업 ▲인공지능(AI)ㆍ소프트웨어(SW)코딩교육전문가 ▲이(e)커머스 창업 ▲간호조무사 실무 ▲사회복지행정실무자 과정을 진행한다.

과정당 면접을 통해 20명 내외의 교육생을 선정하고 선정된 교육생은 예치금 10만 원을 내고 교육과정을 수료하면 취ㆍ창업 후 환급받을 수 있다.
