[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이귀선기자] 경기도가 지난 3월부터 전세사기와 깡통전세 등으로 피해를 받은 도민들을 위해 ‘경기도 전세피해지원센터’를 약 150일(운영일 기준) 운영한 결과, 법률·금융 상담 등 서비스를 8천400건 이상 제공한 것으로 나타났다.

 

경기도에 따르면 11월 1일 기준 경기도 전세피해지원센터는 지난 3월 31일부터 매주 월~금 154일간 총 8천451건의 서비스를 제공했다.

 

서비스 항목별로 보면 ▲전세피해자 결정 접수 2천530건 ▲주택도시보증공사(HUG)의 전세피해 접수 2천105건 ▲법률상담 2천630건 ▲긴급금융지원상담 951건 ▲긴급주거지원상담 235건 등이다.

 

수원시 팔달구 옛 경기도청사에 마련된 경기도 전세피해지원센터는 경기주택도시공사(GH), 민간전문가(변호사‧법무사), 주택도시보증공사(HUG) 등 35명이 근무하면서 전국 최대 규모로 운영되고 있다.

 

센터에서는 부동산 법률, 긴급금융지원, 주거지원 등 종합적인 상담을 제공하고 있다. 주택도시보증공사(HUG) 및 특별법에 따른 전세피해 신청 접수·조사를 병행하고 전세피해자 등 결정을 위한 행정절차도 지원하고 있다.

 

피해상담은 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지(점심시간 낮 12시~오후 1시 제외) 가능하며, 피해자의 신분증과 임대차계약서 및 등기부등본을 지참해서 방문하면 된다.

 

한편 도는 전세피해지원센터 운영 외 피해자를 위한 다양한 지원 정책을 추진하고 있다.

 

■ ‘전국 최초’ 긴급지원주택 입주자 이주비 및 긴급생계비 지원

 

경기도는 전세피해로 인해 퇴거명령을 받는 등 불가피한 이주를 겪는 도민을 위해 지난 6월부터 이주비 지원사업을 시작했다. 이주비 지원 신청을 하면 150만 원 범위에서 실제 이사에 소요된 비용에 대해서만 지급된다. 인정되는 비용항목은 포장이사, 사다리차 및 엘리베이터 사용, 에어컨 이전 설치, 입주청소 등이다. 증빙자료는 간이영수증, 거래명세서, 견적서 등이 아닌 세금계산서, 신용카드매출전표, 현금영수증만 인정된다.

올 8월 광역지자체 최초로 제정·공포된 ‘경기도 주택임차인 전세보증금 반환보증 보증료 지원 조례’에 따라 경기도는 전세피해 예방대책의 일환인 주택임차인 전세보증금 반환보증 보증료 지원사업을 도입할 예정이다.
