6일 시흥시에 따르면 ‘주거 취약 반지하가구 전면 개보수 지원사업’은 지난 9월 시흥시와 한국해비타트의 업무협약을 통해 추진하게 됐다고 밝혔다. 선정된 가구에는 한국해비타트를 통해 가구당 3천만 원 상당의 전면 집수리 시공을 지원하고, 시는 해당 가구에 3백만 원 상당의 물막이판 등의 침수 방지 시설 설치를 지원한다.

신청 대상은 관내 반지하 자가주택에 3개월 이상 거주 중인 아동, 장애인, 노인 등 주거약자가 포함된 가구다. 소득은 전년도 도시근로자 가구당 월평균 소득의 50% 이하, 총자산 2억 5,500만 원 이하 가구에 한한다.

지원 희망자는 주소지 관할 동 행정복지센터에 방문해 오는 10월 31일까지 신청하면 된다. 소득ㆍ자산조사 및 배점에 따라 12월 말까지 지원 여부가 결정되고, 2024년도에 전면 개보수 지원을 받게 된다.
