안산시, 한양대 에리카서 ‘2023 안산사이언스밸리 과학축제’ 개최

[브레이크뉴스 경기남부 = 안산 이귀선 기자] 안산시(시장 이민근)는 이달 16일부터 17일까지 한양대학교 에리카캠퍼스에서 ‘안산! 미래를 말하다’라는 슬로건으로 ‘2023 안산사이언스밸리 과학축제’를 개최한다고 1일 밝혔다.

지난해 6만5천여 명의 역대 최대 관람객이 참여해 큰 호응을 얻었던 만큼 올해 축제도 과학기술을 주제로 다양한 프로그램과 공연 등을 통해 과학에 한 발 더 가까이 다가갈 수 있는 기회를 선사할 것으로 기대된다.

안산시가 주최하고 (재)안산시청소년재단 상록청소년수련관·(재)경기테크노파크·한양대학교 에리카캠퍼스가 공동으로 주관하는 이번 행사는▲앤서존(Answer Zone) ▲샤인존(Shine Zone) ▲뷰존(View Zone) ▲퓨처사이언스존(Future Science Zone) 등 총 4가지 주제로 진행된다. 

아울러, 시민들에게 ▲타이탄 로봇공연 ▲전시·체험프로그램 ▲과학마술공연 등 총 85여 개의 다양한 콘텐츠도 선보일 예정이다.

과학마술공연, 유스과학토론, 생활과학교실 창의융합캠프 등 일부 프로그램은 이달 8일까지 상록청소년수련관 누리집을 통해 사전접수를 받고 있다. 사전접수를 하지 못했더라도 행사 당일 프로그램 시작 30분 전 현장접수로도 참여 가능하다.

이민근 안산시장은 “이번 행사가 안산 과학기술의 우수성을 널리 알리고, 시민들이 과학문화를 체험할 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 안산시가 청년들이 꿈을 펼치고, 아이디어가 현실이 되는 ‘혁신의 무대’가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
