안산도시공사, ‘시화나래 탐방’ 프로그램 운영

12일 공사에 따르면 여름방학을 맞아 아이들을 대상으로 시화호 어업문화와 해양안전, 생태환경 등을 탐구하는 계기로 마련된 프로그램은 이달 25일부터 9월 23일까지 13차례에 걸쳐 진행하는 시화나래길을 따라 시화호의 생태와 어업문화 등을 학습하는 시간으로 꾸며졌다고 밝혔다.

아이들은 시화호를 둘러싼 별망어촌문화관, 시화호환경문화센터, 시화호조력발전소, 경기해양안전체험관 등에 방문해 시화호의 역사와 생태환경을 알아볼 수 있다.

공사는 별망어촌문화관 관람과 함께 주제별 미션탐방 등 참가자가 즐길 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성했으며, 어촌민속박물관에서는 안산의 어업문화, 시화호환경문화센터에는 수질실험을, 경기안전체험관에서는 해양안전체험 등 다양한 체험을 할 수 있다.
