[브레이크뉴스경기남부=오산 이귀선기자] 더불어민주당 안민석 의원 ( 경기도 오산시 ) 은 지방자치단체가 공동주택 경비원, 환경미화원 등 근로자의 냉난방 및 안전시설 개선사업 예산을 지원하는 < 공동주택관리법 개정안 > 이 국회 본회의를 통과했다고 밝혔다 .

안민석 의원의 개정안에 따르면 공동주택 경비원, 환경미화원 등 근로자 근무환경 개선사업 지원 규정을 법률에 직접 명시하여 근로자가 보다 쾌적하고 안전한 근무환경 속에서 일하도록 지원하려는 취지이다.

이에 재난적 수준의 폭염과 한파 속에서 근로자들이 냉난방기도 없이 열악하게 근무하고 있어 지자체가 냉난방 및 안전시설 등의 설치ㆍ운영 비용을 지원하는 내용을 담았다. 한편 고용노동부에서도 공동주택 근로자 등에 대한 적정한 휴게·수면시설에 대한 기준을 마련한 바 있다.
