◆ ”민원 해결사 성훈창“ 민원하면, 성훈창입니다. 하하. 제가 직접 만든 별명은 아니고, 시민들이 붙여준 별명입니다. 제가 가는 곳마다 민원들이 해결되니 많은 분들이 저를 민원 해결사로 불러주십니다. 앞으로도 이러한 수식어에 걸맞게 주민들이 어떠한 어려움을 겪고 있는지, 필요한 것은 없는지 현장을 자주 찾아보고 해결책을 마련하려고 노력할 것입니다.

 

Q2. 해결하셨던 많은 민원들 중에 기억에 남는 민원이 있으신가요?

 

◆오랜 시간을 들여 개인의 민원을 해결해 주었던 기억이 있습니다. 과림동 쪽 빈집에 관한 문제였는데, 자세한 사항을 다 말씀드릴 순 없지만 그 분의 어려움을 해결하기 위해서 관련 법령과 정책들을 꼼꼼하게 살펴보고, 해결 방안을 마련하는데 도움을 드렸습니다.

 

◆ 다른 하나는, 가온중학교 앞 신호등 설치와 관련된 집단 민원을 해결해 준 일이 기억납니다. 5분 발언을 하는 등 집행부에 해결방안 마련 촉구를 위해 힘쓴 결과 신호등이 설치가 되어 주민들이 동네를 다니는데 이동거리를 단축시켜 편하게 이용할 수 있게 되었어요. 지역 주민들이 어려움을 겪었던 부분들이 해결되어 제 개인적으로도 정말 뿌듯했습니다.
