 제수용(제사에 쓰는 먹거리), 선물용 농·축·수산물의 원산지 표시 여부를 확인해 소비자를 보호하고, 공정한 거래 질서를 확립하기 위해 점검을 진행한다.

 수원시농업기술센터 관계자와 구청 담당자가 관내 전통시장, 도·소매업체, 즉석조리식품 판매업체 등을 찾아가 지도·점검한다. 통신판매업체(온라인 마켓·배달앱 등)도 모니터링한다.
